Scott Shimamoto has been helping his clients attain the American Dream by providing financing options to his clients since 2002. He is known in the industry as a person who asks his clients the right questions, then LISTENS to their answers so that he can tailor the proper financing options that fit his client’s needs. His motto is “I can’t tell you what you want to hear, I need to tell you the truth”.

Shimamoto is heavily involved in the Arcadia Association of REALTORS and has had numerous articles published in their monthly newsletters. As a result of his dedication and hard work, Shimamoto has been previously honored as the Co-Affiliate of the Year for the Arcadia Association of REALTORS.
